Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Manager, Public Safety, APAC to lead and execute tactical marketing initiatives across the region. This role is critical in shaping market strategy, enabling sales success, and strengthening ZOLL’s position as a leader in life-saving technologies.

Working closely with the Director of Marketing, regional sales leadership, and cross-functional teams, you will act as the product and market expert, translating complex clinical and technical information into compelling value propositions for customers and sales teams.

Essential Functions

  • Serve as the product and market expert for ZOLL solutions and competitive offerings within the Public Safety segment.

  • Gather, analyze, and maintain competitive intelligence, including product positioning, pricing, and market trends, and communicate insights across the organization.

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing tools, sales enablement materials, and collateral to support commercial success.

  • Provide timely and relevant market, product, and technical information to the sales force.

  • Support sales training, including onboarding of new hires, in collaboration with the training team.

  • Partner closely with field sales, clinical teams, customer service, technical support, contracts, and sales development to ensure seamless customer engagement.

  • Take ownership of customer satisfaction, ensuring marketing delivers meaningful and responsive support to both customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Lead and manage a small marketing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and development.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support business objectives.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a technical discipline.

  • Over 5 years of marketing experience within the medical device industry.

  • Exposure to resuscitation, cardiology, cath lab, or public safety markets is highly preferred (but not mandatory).

  • Strong ability to simplify complex clinical and technical concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with confidence engaging diverse stakeholders.

  • Proven analytical, organizational, negotiation, and project management skills.

  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic regional environment.

  • Collaborative leadership style with a passion for enabling sales success.
