Logistics Assistant

                       

 

Working hours: Mon to Thurs 830 to 6pm,

Alt Sat 830 to 1230pm

Purpose



This role is responsible for providing assistance in order fulfilment processes. He/she is also responsible to see orders (in and out) to completion.

Perform order processing operations

Perform receiving processing operations

 


Operations                                   

Perform daily checks on MHE and housekeeping

 

Perform stock transfer / system transaction

 

Monitor cargo handling schedules to ensure timelines are complied with

 

Perform system receipt of cargo

 

Validate documentation and escalate non-conformities as per customs requirements

 

Identify operational shortfall and escalate

 

Perform Stocktakes and cyclecounts. Ensure discrepancies are reported

 

Perform outbound operations and ensure order accuracy of stocks leaving warehouse

 

Ensure safety of personnel in warehouse.
