What the Role Entails

Tencent Cloud is expanding its footprint in global media services, and we are looking for passionate interns to join our Media Service Solution Architecture team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of cloud technology, audio-video innovation, and international customer engagement. As a Solution Architecture Intern, you will work alongside regional sales and product teams to support technical consultations, help drive cloud adoption in media-rich industries like OTT, gaming, social media, education, and contribute to the success of Tencent’s cutting-edge audio and video services. Responsibilities

• Support the regional sales team as the technical point of contact for customers in the audio-video domain, including pre-sales consultation, PoC facilitation, and customer follow-ups.

• Assist the architecture team in analyzing client business architecture and identifying their technical needs and commercial opportunities across media scenarios.

• Help craft localized solutions for sectors such as OTT streaming, gaming, education, social media, and enterprise conferencing, leveraging Tencent’s AV capabilities.

• Translate customer business and technical requirements into actionable input for product teams, contributing to product feature enhancement and localization efforts.

• Represent Tencent Cloud in product demos, media-focused workshops, and online/offline presentations to enhance brand awareness in regional markets.

• Collaborate with the channel and marketing teams to support ecosystem partners through enablement sessions, training, and joint campaigns.

Who We Look For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical fields. Students from other majors with a strong interest in cloud/media tech are welcome to apply.

• Prior internship experience in cloud computing, SaaS, or AV-related solution architecture is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese Mandarin, essential for engaging with stakeholders in China and local markets.

• Passionate about emerging audio-video technologies, cloud architecture, and delivering real-world impact through scalable tech solutions.
