We are on the lookout for a dynamic Head of Sales Group Networking Solutions to lead our expanding Asia Continent Sales team in our Singapore office to work with the Networking devices portfolio.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious Head of Sales Group to improve their leadership and strategic skills, develop comprehensive knowledge of products, and generate considerable earnings. 

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing sales team to achieve excellence.
  • Strategically manage the team, ensuring the realization of 100% of the sales plan through effective leadership and motivation.
  • Design and execute comprehensive training programs, providing ongoing support to the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Oversee and maintain the accuracy of internal systems, ensuring that team members consistently input information correctly.
  • Play a pivotal role in market research, identifying potential markets and cultivating growth opportunities for the team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Director, contributing your leadership expertise to accomplish assigned tasks and further the success of the sales department.
