Full Description
Key Responsibilities Admissions Processing Review and verify application documents for completeness and accuracy. Maintain and update applicant records in the admissions system. Perform data entry, filing, and document management tasks. Communication & Enquiries Respond to applicant inquiries via email, phone, and in person in a timely and professional manner. Provide guidance on application requirements, deadlines, and processes. Serve as the first point of contact at the service counter for walk-in visitors. Recruitment Support Assist in organising and executing outreach and recruitment events (e.g., webinars, open houses). Prepare event materials and support logistics, including booth setup. Data Management & Reporting Compile and organize data for admissions and recruitment reports. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies. General Administrative Support Coordinate with internal departments for document flow and approvals. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned . Requirements Diploma or Degree preferred; prior experience in admissions or higher education is an advantage. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills for handling inquiries, preparing reports, and interacting with visitors. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM (i.e D365) or admissions systems is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
