Project Manager (Coastal Engineering)

Responsibilities :
•  Manage and oversees the project management processes for engineering and construction related works.
•  Manage and /or monitoring project schedules, cost and risk.
•  Implement integrated Project Management Information Systems and use of industry standard tools and software platforms for project control.
•  Co-ordinate discussions among various project design teams, clients and  to achieve project objectives and goals.
•  Ensure the Project controls team produce weekly / monthly reports in line with the project and company reporting calendar, providing details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances.
•  Project Reporting (Weekly and Monthly reporting)
•  Manage governance to ensure robust cost and schedule performance for the agreed scope of Work across integrated programmes and able to managed across multiple disciplinary.
•  Manage a team of Engineers during the design stage.
 

Requirements:
• Degree (Bachelor or Master's Degree) in Civil Engineering recognized by BCA/IES/ACES.
• Minimum 10  years of relevant work experience in large infrastructure projects/reclamation projects of which 5 years as a project manager or project control manager in Singapore.
• Excellent analytical thinking skills and problem solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player and able to multi-task
• Discipline, self-motivated and resourceful
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite of Software (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc)
• Experience in contract administration will be advantageous
