Full Description
Responsibilities Performing diagnostics, repairs, modifications and testing of Avionics/Instrument components using the latest technical manual (AD/CMM/SB/SIL) revision. Troubleshooting customer's unit and returning it to serviceable condition in the most efficient manner. Managing work schedule in order to meet customers’ expected datelines. Carrying out duties as assigned by the Supervisor to meet team’s objectives. Secondary duties involve POL/equipment/calibration check on their expiry dates so as to support servicing of components. Training to be a work signatory (WS), release signatory (RS) and component release signatory (CRS). To be involved in quality and safety improvement projects. Requirement NITEC or Diploma in Aerospace / Electronic / Electrical engineering. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience with at least 1 year in Avionics/Instrument repair. Able to read and interpret component maintenance manual, engineering drawings, technical orders, process specification, retrofit requirements, digital and analog electronics circuitry etc. Able to perform manual soldering on electronics components. Advantage to applicants who are CAAS Authorised Release Certificate ( ARC ) holder.
