Job Req ID: 19112 Responsibilities Be the focal point in STEML for both local and overseas defence & Public Security business markets. Lead and develop go-to-market strategies for Marine’s MRO services to both the local & overseas defence & public security customers. Establish strong customer network and build long-term relationship. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to formulate short-term and long-term business strategy plans to enhance Marine’s branding in the Defence & Public Security Business. Requirements Preferably more than 10 years of experience in Sales, Marine, Engineering or Marketing fields. Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Business or its equivalent. Working experience in Marine or Maritime Defence industry is an advantage. Knowledge in Marketing and Business Development relating to Marine Industry An appreciation of developing concepts/ideas into MRO products/solutions and executing a related sales opportunity Self-motivated with ability to handle multiple opportunities and projects concurrently Out-going with ability to communicate and market ideas and concepts High attention to personal presentation and ability to converse in a professional manner Critical attention to detail, and be success driven. Must be willing to travel, and at short notice when required Other Information: Location: 16 Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided) 5-day work week Working Hours: 7.25am to 5.00pm
