Job Description and Responsibilities Carry out regular monitoring and surveillance of production areas to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Support investigations into incidents and accidents, including warranty claims and issues involving aircraft or related equipment. Prepare and analyze Aircraft Summary Reports in collaboration with the Technical Records Office. Review and authorize routine production work documents under supervision. Conduct audits following the approved internal audit schedule. Maintain and update SOPs and Quality Manuals as instructed. Perform quality inspections of production tasks according to SOPs. Examine tools, test equipment, and jigs to ensure proper condition and handling. Confirm certification of production work documents. Undertake any additional duties assigned by the Quality Superintendent or Quality Engineer. Job Requirements Diploma in Aerospace or Aviation Engineering, or a related qualification. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance, preferably with military background. At least 1 year of experience working within a Quality environment. Good understanding of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or equivalent. Strong observational skills, keen attention to detail, and a systematic approach to problem-solving. Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments. Basic computer proficiency for data entry and generating reports.
