Assist in the documentation and updates in Approval and Vendor management section. Control and management of all audit reports, including checking for completeness and proper storage of copies. Duplication and filling of records for safekeeping. Payment matters regarding authority audits, authority certification fees and procurement of department’s inventory and resources. Any other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager Job requirements Minimum 2 years of working experience in engineering related industry in a support role will be advantages. Minimum qualification Diploma in Engineering or other relevant industry. Able to work well with Microsoft Excel and a good basic computer knowledge. SAP and Microsoft Office application is an advantage
