Principal Engineer, ICOMMS, Mobility Rail

Job Description: Responsible in design, procure, install, test and commission Voice Recording and Telephone System in MRT projects Manage various stakeholders, including suppliers and customers, during the project lifecycle Provide technical support to end users, covering software and hardware related topics Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and as-built documentation. Maintain accurate records of design changes, test results, and approval Lead and coordinate a team of engineers and technicians. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project milestones are met Support for tenders & Bids in providing technical proposal and costing Able to work independently with minimal supervision Job Requirement: Minimum Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering At least 8 years of working experience in a similar environment Good communication and written skill Strong leadership skills, conflict resolution, and the ability to motivate and mentor team members. Self-motivated and able to adapt to dynamic project situations
