Full Description

Job Responsibilities: Be part of the client’s core network infrastructure support team providing oversight on deployment work and operations support. Collaborate with end user and vendor’s delivery team to ensure deployment meets requirements in a timely manner. Collaborate with end user and vendor’s O&S team to ensure timely fault analysis, problem resolution, patch updates, etc. with adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Maintain and update documentation and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across operations as well as completeness and adherence to the required security policies, standard and guidelines. Job Requirements: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in core network solution design, planning, risk assessment, implementation and validation involving switches, routers, firewall, DNS, DHCP, NTP configuration, TCP/IP networking, etc. Experienced in liaising and managing expectations with stakeholders and managing vendor to carry out problem analysis, provide timely updates to users and delivering resolutions to ensure proper closure. Certification in networking (e.g. CCNA, CCNP, ITIL) is preferred. Prior working experience in defence organisations or government ministries requiring security clearance will have an advantage. Good written and verbal communication skills. A resourceful, proactive and independent team player. Work location: Jurong East
