Job Description Responsibilities 1. Cybersecurity & BCM Execution Support and validate Business Impact Analysis and critical business function identification. Conduct Customer Impact Analysis (CIA) and System Impact Analysis (SIA) for ongoing operations. Assist in designing and implementing security solutions that support StarHub’s ability to identify, protect, detect, respond, and recover from cyber threats. Perform security assessments, system reviews, and ensure compliance with policies and standards. 2. Security Operations & Incident Response Participate in planning and executing cyber tabletop exercises (TTX). Support incident response handling, including analysis of logs, activity review, and packet capture. Contribute to security operations activities, including identity and access management, privileged access monitoring, and automation/orchestration tasks. 3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work with Business/IT and development teams to embed security requirements into infrastructure and applications. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including presenting security assessments and findings. Qualifications Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields. Relevant security certifications (e.g., GCIH, GCFA, CISA, CISSP, SSCP) are advantageous or in progress. 3–5 years’ experience in cybersecurity, risk assessment, and BCM, with strong hands-on technical exposure. Proven experience in log/activity review, vulnerability management, and incident response. Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure during cybersecurity incidents. Good written and verbal communication skills; able to engage across teams and with management. On-call availability during critical cybersecurity incidents.
