Job Description Job Purpose The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Commercial and Large Enterprise clients by delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term account retention. This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients, providing consultative sales support across StarHub’s suite of enterprise telco. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Commercial and Large Enterprise accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and high service standards. Demonstrate strong knowledge of telecommunications and ICT solutions, including connectivity, mobility, workspace collaboration, and related enterprise services. Proactively manage and grow assigned accounts through regular client engagement, needs analysis, and value-based selling. Drive service renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise account revenue and wallet share. Work closely with internal stakeholders (Service Line teams, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Provisioning) to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain high customer satisfaction, measured through NPS and other service KPIs. Achieve individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, including Order Book and revenue objectives. Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and forecasts in CRM systems in accordance with established SOPs. Handle customer escalations professionally and resolve issues effectively to maintain trust and long-term relationships. Comply with all internal processes, governance, and quality standards. Qualifications Minimum Diploma qualification; Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage. At least 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or B2B Account Management. Prior exposure to Enterprise or Commercial B2B clients is strongly preferred. Experience in Telecommunications, IT, or Technology services will be an added advantage. Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
