RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position is for SMU Academy (SMUA).
  • Update programme and website content to ensure information is current and accurate.
  • Manage Training Partner Gateway (TPG) updates, including course and intake submissions.
  • Create and maintain course schedules on our registration portals.
  • Gather and organize participant’s testimonials for marketing use.
  • Collaborate with Sales daily to monitor and manage leads and waitlists.
  • Track enquiries, follow ups, and registration across programmes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A-Levels / Diploma and above.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent time, resource and project management skills with strong ability to multi-task.
  • Self-initiated, takes initiative, ownership and highly dependable.
  • Meticulous with numerical figures and details.
  • Proficient in MS Office software.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with others.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and on some weekends.
  • Ability to handle difficult customers and de-escalate tensions.
