Job Purpose The Engineering and Management Associate (EMA) Programme is SMRT's graduate programme which will provide a structured pathway for those who aspire to make a difference in corporate functions as management leaders. Your journey begins with a one-month foundation programme, followed by structured development, specialised training and varied opportunities leading to professional accreditation. Responsibilities Operations Performance Analytics Review, analyse and interpret business data and information Perform analysis of data and present findings to draw new insights for business growth and competitiveness Propose optimal solutions for gaps identified by examining operations and procedures and simulate new scenarios Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and analyse findings for business decisions Contribute and drive continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needs Competitive Analytics Identify and collect appropriate customers, competitor, market, data from publicly available sources to better understand our competitors Translate data into executable and effective market and intelligence reports, presentations, dashboards Provides market and competitive insights through presentations and reports to the leadership team to allow effective strategic decision-making and implementation Qualifications & Work Experience We are looking for fresh graduates: Possess a degree in Business/Business Management, Finance, or Economics Possess leadership ability, a passion to serve and make a difference Thirst for challenges and new experiences Thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment Strong team player with effective communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels, including working closely with cross functional teams
