Retail and Event Channel Admin

Make an Impact by Raising PO/SO/invoices for purchases thru AcuBuy, ROU and SAP APEX Monitoring OPEX and Capex expenses Handling BPC entries for OPEX and CAPEX budget Managing OLA and contract terms with vendors / suppliers Following up with suppliers and AP to ensure timely payments Support in ad-hoc procurement or vendor sourcing Handling onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires Updating org charts and team distribution lists Overseeing uniform inventory and movements Management of system access rights for Retail & Events staff and managers Managing email distribution lists, including application, updates, and team list maintenance Overseeing asset management and condemnation process Calendar and meeting coordination Skills for Success Diploma or O levels . 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
