Director, Finance

What will you do? This role will lead the Regional Finance team in providing direct support and guidance to regional entities, working with in-country Finance to ensure alignment of reporting with HQ, as well as ensuring proper adoption of HQ processes and governance framework. This role will also work closely with in-country Finance team in terms of forecasting and budgeting exercises, to ensure reasonableness and timeliness of submission. In addition, this role will include the support to SG CSU namely, FIC and CMT as business partner and contribute towards the strategic business planning and profitability enhancement. The scope will include driving the digitalization initiatives for the finance teams in SG and regional entities.
