What You’ll Be Doing

As a Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every vehicle is road-ready and every customer leaves satisfied.

  • Complete repair work to manufacturer standards, report job completion promptly, and collect the next task, seek guidance from the Workshop Foreman when needed.

  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and overhauls on engines, transmissions, electrical, and fuel systems in line with manufacturer standards.

  • Report parts unavailability and technical issues requiring external support.

  • Write concise report on the repair job performed.

  • Initiate and carry out trouble shooting process to support workshop foreman in handling customer complaints.

  • Diligently clock in and out to ensure accurate tracking of productivity, efficiency, and utilization, in strict adherence to the manufacturer’s repair time standards.

  • Maintain high-quality service standards to meet workshop CSI targets.

  • Ensure proper care of equipment and special tools, comply with safety procedures, and keep the work bay clean and organized.

  • Adhere to factory warranty guidelines and procedures for warranty claims.

  • Assist on any ad hoc tasks assigned.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum NTC 2 or Nitec in Automotive related courses or GCE ‘O’ Level and/or equivalent

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in relevant automotive industry

  • Hands-on experience in vehicle diagnoses, maintenance and repairs with using diagnostic tools or special tools

  • Knowledge in electrical wiring diagram and electronics in automotive context
