What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be responsible for managing the daily intake of vehicles for servicing and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Responsible for daily intake of cars for servicing.
- Always ensure and uphold service image.
- Assisting in achieving higher service levels through various action plans constantly implemented.
- Assisting a group of front counter staff and maintaining their team spirits and positive thinking and teamwork.
- Ensuring administration work is done promptly, warranty claims, internal accounts, WIP reports, cash debtors, monthly target of VOC scores, etc.
- Perform invoice closing.
- Preparation of quotation when required.
- Provide excellent customer service to customers.
- Actively deliver good results from VOC survey with strong response rate and promoter scores.
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in customer service or the automobile industry.
- NITEC in Light Vehicles or Diploma in any discipline (Engineering preferred)
- Valid Class 3 driving licence
- Strong customer service background, prior experience in the Automobile industry is an advantage
