[What the role is]

[LTA-PT] DEPUTY/ASSISTANT MANAGER, BUS INFORMATION SYSTEMS

[What you will be working on]

You will be part of the team overseeing the operation and management of information systems on buses and in bus depots. This includes conducting audits, management of the Fleet Management System, facilitating meetings, and provide support in overseeing of system operation and maintenance by PTOs and by appointed vendors.

Besides engaging PTOs and system vendors, you will be involved in supporting Public Transport directorate or LTA initiative or event and performing other tasks as assigned.
 

[What we are looking for]

  • Knowledge in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. Knowledge in UiPath Studio and UiPath Robot for​ Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development, Tableau, and Python/SQL programming would be advantageous.
     

  • Savvy with and up-to-date knowledge of the latest Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Intelligence (MI) technologies.
     

  • Experienced in procurement process, including request for proposal and evaluation of third-party vendors service provision, managing vendor relationships post-implementation, and supporting change management to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
     

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Service-oriented and collaborative team player who will be able to work well with internal and external stakeholders.
     

  • Meticulous and organised, with an eye for details, and open minded to develop new skillset.
     

  • Good understanding of contract/project management, and statutory requirements.
     

  • Resourceful, innovative, and adaptable to change.
