  • Management of portfolio of commercial properties to optimise their uses for economic and social development of Singapore
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with facilities management contractor and tenants through proactive engagement and effective feedback management
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimise operational efficiency and tenant/customer experience
  • Develop understanding of tenant's and customer's needs pertaining to space requirements and utilisation to enhance their experience and balance stakeholders' interest

What we are looking for

  • Background in Real Estate, Project & Facilities Management or similar areas preferred.
  • Meticulous, customer-focused and able to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write professionally and engage effectively with stakeholders
  • Self-motivated individual with ability to work independently and as a team and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
