We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to lead our Digital Experience and E-Commerce initiatives at Scoot Pte Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and optimization of our digital products and e-commerce platforms to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps for digital experience and e-commerce initiatives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements

  • Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including wireframes and business requirements documents

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to launch and post-launch optimization

  • Utilize data analytics tools like Google Analytics and data visualization such as Tableau to inform product decisions and measure performance

  • Involved in user experience (UX) design efforts, working closely with UX designers and using tools like Figma and Miro

  • Oversee content management systems (CMS) to ensure consistent and engaging digital experiences

  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to digital products and e-commerce platforms

  • Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new digital initiatives

  • Facilitate effective communication and resolve conflicts among stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; MBA preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in digital experience or e-commerce

  • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies, including roadmapping and wireframing

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel

  • Familiarity with UX design principles and tools like Figma and Miro

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage conflicts effectively
