Join us as a Credit Sales Vice President – Singapore
Join a purpose‑led and collaborative NatWest Markets team in Singapore, helping deliver credit solutions to institutional clients across APAC.
Sell authorised NatWest Markets products to authorised and approved NatWest Markets clients.
What you'll do
- Identify client needs and match them with approved credit products, tailored solutions and specialist expertise across NatWest Markets.
- Drive regional credit sales across investment‑grade, high‑yield and emerging‑market credit, delivering trade ideas and market insights.
- Build and deepen relationships with institutional clients across asset managers, insurers, hedge funds, private banks and sovereign entities.
- Work closely with trading, research, syndicate and structuring teams to support seamless execution and a client‑centric experience.
- Maintain a strong risk and conduct culture, ensuring appropriate controls, regulatory adherence and responsible decision‑making.
- Champion NatWest Markets’ Singapore EVP through collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
The skills you'll need
- Strong understanding of Asian and global credit markets, including IG/HY/EM and sound knowledge of syndicated loan and private credit market would be helpful.
- A proven track record in institutional credit sales with sustainable revenue delivery.
- Ability to build deep, commercial client relationships across APAC.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively across global teams.
- High standards of conduct, risk awareness and purpose‑led judgement.
- Ability to operate in a fast‑paced market environment with clear commercial focus.
- Language skills: Professional proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese and fluent English to support regional client coverage.
