The purpose of this role is to support the development and execution of the talent acquisition strategy to generate candidate pipelines, attract quality talent, and meet recruiting goals to fulfil business needs and organisational objectives. This includes executing sourcing activities, building talent pools, and supporting talent acquisition strategies to fill roles effectively and efficiently. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with Regional Recruitment Consultants to proactively manage recruitment activities across the organisation.

Your New Role

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, your will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates to build effective talent pipelines, while ensuring candidates meet hiring needs and business requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and optimise sourcing channels and external networks to maximise the use of sourcing-related services, maintain a visible market presence, and foster ongoing communication with prospective candidates.

  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience from application through onboarding, acting as a resource by informing candidates about the hiring process and promoting interest in the organisation.
