How will you value-add? 

To work closely and assist the Tax Ops and Admin Manager in the following areas: 

  • Provide administrative support to business unit as required in a timely and proactive manner  

  • Prepare management reports on client related data, internal team portfolio details and other ad hoc reports/slide decks 

  • Prepare documentation of process flows and essential details for the department to ensure efficiency and compliance with company procedures  

  • Assist with portfolio allocation for engagement teams 

  • Organise internal events and procurement of merchandise 

  • Assist with Tax operational matters and taking on ad hoc assignments 

 

About you 

  • Meticulous, multi-task, resourceful and positive 

  • A self-starter and team player, who is agile and has a learning mindset 

  • Diploma holder in Business Studies or equivalent 

  • Minimum work experience of 3 years and above 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
