We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Talent, Leadership, Learning & Culture to lead the design, development, and implementation of Prudential Singapore’s talent, leadership, succession, and learning strategies. This role will play a pivotal part in building leadership bench strength, elevating employee capabilities, and fostering an engaged, future-ready workforce.As part of this leadership role, you will appreciate that the success of any talent management program lies beyond the policy and framework and is hinged on deep business discussions on employees and their development. You are energised by critical business discussions, the ability to question status quo, suggest new ideas and speedily implement changes to deliver impact and value to the Business.
- Lead the design and implementation of the company’s talent and leadership development strategy with focus on succession planning for critical and future-ready roles.
- Design and facilitate development and culture interventions for leadership teams
- Continuously enhance talent management processes, leveraging data insights to automate, optimize, and improve efficiency.
- Drive workforce development strategies for broader employee population for adoption of digital learning and innovative approaches to enhance capability build.
- Collaborate with Group HR to cascade impactful learning initiatives across the organization.
- Build external partnerships with regulatory and vendor partners to support learning programmes and leadership development.
- Lead annual culture survey, analyse insights and work with Business Partners and Organisation Effectiveness Partner to develop specific interventions for functional teams
Who we are looking for:
- 15–20 years’ HR experience with focus in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and understanding of the latest talent management and succession practices
- Strong consulting and change management skills to deliver impactful changes and effective adoption
- Highly innovative and able to develop programmes / initiatives that are ground-breaking
- Good programme management skills with the ability to plan, communicate and drive programmes / projects effectively
- Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence business stakeholders
- Highly resilient, adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in business partnering preferred.
