As an AI Architect, you are responsible for designing and implementing advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI/ML/GenAI) solutions that align with business objectives. Your role bridges the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient AI systems. You will report to Head of Data and AI Architecture.

• Develop and maintain AI/ML/GenAI architecture aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities for AI adoption and create strategic plans for implementation.
• Design and implement AI and machine learning (ML) models to solve complex business problems.
• Select appropriate AI frameworks, tools, and technologies.
• Developing Reusable AI and GenAI capabilities and infrastructure, MCP servers, RAG framework, Agentic Framework, A2A protocols, A2M protocol and Model as API’s.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI into products and services.
• Establish best practices for AI model development, deployment, and maintenance using MLOps and LLMOps.
• Monitor AI system performance and optimize platform scalability, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Conduct experiments, validate models, and improve existing AI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure cohesive development and deployment of AI solutions.
• Stay up to date with advancements in AI, ML, Generative AI, MLOps and LLMOps.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
   

Competencies & Personal Traits

• Strong knowledge and working experience of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), LLM’s, Agentic flows (LangChain, LangGraph) and Prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and libraries for AI/ML.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps, LLMOps practices (MLFlow 3.0 and similar experience is a plus).
• Expertise in Python, R, and data engineering concepts.
• Understanding data architecture, model deployment, and scalable AI systems.
• Familiarity with big data technologies and distributed computing, experience on Databricks DE and AI/ML stack is a plus.
• Must have experience on Developing and implementing GenAi projects in Production.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in Building AI/GenAi solution in Insurance/financial institutions is a plus.

Working Experience

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML/GenAi development and architecture, Experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud-native AI solutions and Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance in AI systems.

Professional Qualifications

• Certifications related to AI / GenAI would be an added advantage

Education

• Master/bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)

Language

• Fluency in written and spoken English
