The Agency Strategy Solutions Partner is a senior business owner and design authority for Prudential flagship digital agency platforms (e.g., PRUForce, PRUAction). The role ensures digital initiatives are designed with strong agency insight, delivered with precision, and activated effectively amongst the agency force to achieve adoption and value realisation. This role orchestrates cross-functional alignment across Tech, Digital Enablement, Data, Group Agency, and Agency Leaders.Key Responsibilities
Digital Design & Product Ownership
Lead business design, requirements, and standards for digital initiatives central to agency productivity and recruitment.
Translate agent and leader needs into platform features that are scalable and fit-for-purpose. Delivery Governance & Readiness
Act as design authority in UAT, release readiness, defect management, and platform performance evaluation.
Define adoption criteria and ensure features meet business value outcomes. Cross-Functional Orchestration
Coordinate delivery across Digital Enablement, Tech, Data, Finance, Group Agency, Group Tech and agency force stakeholders.
Align roadmap and execution cycles across functions to avoid bottlenecks. Adoption & Agency Force Activation
Drive adoption strategies, segmentation insights, training plans, and behavioural nudges to embed digital usage amongst the agency force.
Partner with Agency Leaders to ensure solutions are used effectively.
Strategic Planning & Stakeholder ManagementSupport business planning, QBPR, Steering Committee and performance reporting for digital initiatives.
Provide structured updates and insights to CAO, CITO, and CSTO stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Digital, or related field.
6-9 years experience in digital product ownership, agency/distribution strategy, or transformation in financial services.
Proven track record in leading digital delivery with cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience driving digital adoption within sales or distribution ecosystems is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of agency sales dynamics and frontline needs.
