Recruitment & Selection • Manage end-to-end recruitment for local and expatriate hires • Source, screen, and arrange interviews with shortlisted candidates • Prepare employment offers, contracts, and HR documentation • Process work permit and visa applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with MOM regulations 2. Onboarding & Offboarding • Coordinate onboarding schedules, induction programs, and system setup • Prepare welcome materials and conduct employee orientation • Manage exit formalities, clearance documentation, and final settlements 3. Training & Development • Coordinate internal and external training programs • Maintain and update training and competency records 4.
