The Role  

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team on a maternity cover basis for 12 months. This role will play a critical part in leading end-to-end campaign strategy, planning and execution across key markets, with a strong focus on performance, brand impact,and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate brings deep experience from the brokerage, financial services or fintech industry, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

This is a maternity cover role, ideal for a senior marketer who can quickly take ownership of campaign strategy and planning while partnering closely with cross-functional teams.

As our Senior Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities include, but may not be limited to: 

  • Product Marketing
  • Shape product positioning, value props and messaging across the lifecycle
  • Lead GTM plans for new launches and feature releases
  • Create product briefs and customer‑focused narratives
  • Drive consistent product storytelling across campaigns, CRM, website and paid channels
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Build integrated digital campaign plans aligned to growth goals
  • Turn commercial objectives into clear marketing strategies
  • Oversee campaign execution end‑to‑end with performance, content, social, CRM and creative teams
  • Optimise using data, insights and testing
  • Ensure all activity meets financial services compliance + brand standards
  • Digital Experience (Preferred)
  • Partner with product, UX/UI and engineering to improve website performance and conversion
  • Support landing pages, CRO initiatives and campaign integration
  • Use analytics to understand traffic, behaviour and funnel performance
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with senior leaders across global teams
  • Manage external agencies and evaluate performance
  • Present plans, insights and recommendations confidently
  • Measurement & Insights
  • Define KPIs and success metrics
  • Analyse campaign outcomes and provide clear, actionable recommendations

About you 

  • 5 - 8+ years of experience across campaign strategy, product marketing, integrated marketing, or growth marketing
  • Proven experience in brokerage, financial services, fintech, or related regulated industries
  • Strong background in campaign planning across multiple channels
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and customer funnels
  • Experience working with data, analytics, and insights to drive decisions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently and hit the ground running in a maternity cover role

Desirable

  • Direct product marketing experience within fintech, brokerage, or financial services
  • Strong website, CRO, or digital product marketing experience
  • Experience working in regional or global roles across APAC
  • Familiarity with trading platforms, investing products, or financial customer journeys
  • Experience managing agencies and complex cross-functional projects
