About the role:

We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for entrepreneurs looking to start or grow their businesses in Singapore, guiding them through incorporation and compliance while introducing them to Osome’s services and platform.

You’ll play a key role in converting interested leads into happy Osome clients by providing expert advice, building trust, and delivering a smooth onboarding experience.

 

What you'll do:

  • Pick up and nurture assigned responsive leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, or the client’s preferred communication channel

  • Provide accurate and timely guidance on Singapore incorporation, corporate secretary, tax, and accounting regulations to ensure clients remain compliant

  • Clearly explain Osome’s services, software, and onboarding processes to prospective clients

  • Follow up with leads according to the defined sales cadence to drive conversions

  • Issue invoices and follow up to successfully convert leads into clients

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to hand over new clients smoothly as part of the onboarding process

Who you are:

  • 2–4 years of sales experience, ideally within a startup or SaaS environment

  • Experience in accounting, corporate services, or professional services is a strong advantage

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work meticulously under tight deadlines

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

  • Curious and eager to learn, with the resourcefulness to find solutions and get the job done

  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with CRM or sales platforms such as HubSpot or Pipedrive is a plus
