About The Team

An exciting opportunity for an experienced business development professional to lead our commercial activities in NEA.
You will be responsible for leading our commercial strategy for NEA and driving our growth through partnerships and key client development.
The successful candidate will need to be highly confident and skilled in speaking to potential clients, regulators, media, and partners.
As a Commercial Director, you will work with our internal operations, growth, product and marketing teams to achieve the required strategic goals and revenue targets.
 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategy for OKX in NEA that aligns with business growth objectives.
  • Formulate revenue strategy and revenue optimisation based on the product offerings of OKX in NEA.
  • Work closely with the executive leadership team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company.
  • Lead our partnership work in NEA through identifying the right partners to work with, plus executing any partnership negotiations.
  • Manage relationships with key clients in the NEA ensuring positive customer experience.
  • Drive cross-functional focus on customer outcomes, value and experience.
  • Build strong alignment between sales, marketing, product, finance and other related business areas.
  • Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decision and product innovation.

What We Look For In You

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Crypto or Traditional Finance sectors, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful commercial strategies in the derivatives space.
  • Strong understanding of futures and options products, market dynamics, market data and indicies.
