What you do
Provide secretarial support to the Board of Directors and its committees
Coordinate the preparation of board papers and minutes
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and listing rules
Develop and maintain the bank's governance policies and procedures
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks
Provide guidance on corporate governance matters to senior management and staff
Who you are
A degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in corporate secretariat, compliance, or a related field
Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of integrity and professionalism
