What you do

  • Provide secretarial support to the Board of Directors and its committees

  • Coordinate the preparation of board papers and minutes

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and listing rules

  • Develop and maintain the bank's governance policies and procedures

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks

  • Provide guidance on corporate governance matters to senior management and staff

Who you are

  • A degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate secretariat, compliance, or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles and regulatory requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • High level of integrity and professionalism
