Postdoctoral Fellow

The School of Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) invites applications for the position of Postdoctoral Fellow. The postdoctoral fellow will conduct research on design and develop nanoscale delivery system and methodologies for characterising nanostructures and their in vitro and in vivo behavior related to antimicrobial resistance.

We are looking for a postdoctoral fellow to develop methods for the effective treatment of bacterial infection using nanomedicine strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop nanoscale delivery systems

• Conduct materials synthesis and characterization

• Perform cell culture and animal studies

• Supervise undergraduate students

Job Requirements:

• PhD in biomedical engineering, biotechnology, chemical biology and relevant backgrounds

• Good written and oral communication skills
