As a Senior Transformation Consultant at NTT DATA, you will be the driving force behind enterprise transformations and strategic business solutions for our clients. Your day begins with engaging and interacting with client stakeholders within existing accounts, while also supporting the conversion of new accounts and creating fresh sales opportunities. Your role is pivotal in shaping and leading initiatives that drive cross-functional value and a change agenda for our clients.
You will take the lead in reviewing strategies and addressing organizational business problems, providing insightful recommendations that align with client needs. From outlining end-to-end solution sets for business transformation to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of project scopes and timelines, your technical expertise will set you apart. As part of a continuous effort to innovate, you will be searching for ways to enhance our clients' businesses, enabling business development for NTT DATA.
Your collaboration skills will shine as you support client-facing workshops, delving deep into both IT and business issues. You will be reviewing and updating various strategic documents, including detailed business plans, roadmaps, and business cases to ensure all outcomes are aligned with agreed deliverables. Staying abreast of current trends and best practices will be key in maintaining your knowledge and expertise.
Your role also focuses on ensuring seamless communication and relationship management with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external. By facilitating workshops with client executive levels and ensuring that business transformation initiatives are well-aligned and effectively communicated, you will help drive success and growth for NTT DATA and our clients.
To thrive in this role, you need to have:
- Advanced, wide-ranging experience and in-depth professional knowledge to develop and solve complex models and procedures creatively.
- Comprehensive domain/industry expertise with consulting and client engagement experience.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry environment and business needs.
- Extensive knowledge of systems, software, and programming languages.
- Advanced experience in consulting or IT roles within large-scale, multinational technology services environments.
- Experience in delivering business transformation projects and collaborating effectively across different teams.
- Strategic thinking skills, combined with a robust understanding of business transformation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Superior interpersonal skills to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- A degree in a relevant field.
