Role overview

• As a junior RM, the person will paly a dual role in driving revenue growth and ensuring operational excellence

• You will assist in managing a portfolio of corporate clients, acting as their primary point of contract for daily banking needs, esp. related to flow business (FX or accounts opening, deposits)

Job Responsibilties

Portfolio Management and Client Service

• Support senior RM in maintaining and growing a portfolio of corporate clients, headquartered outside of SG

• Act as first point of contact for clients inquires, resolving issues related to account maintenance and service delivery

• Monitor client transactions for unusual activity to ensure compliance with AML and KYC regulations

Flow Banking Sales

• Identify opportunities to upsell deposits or FX related to day -to- day clients operational needs

• Arrange for product owner to pitch and support in securing necessary internal approvals

• Assist in the implementation and onboarding for cash and FX or credit.

Credit & Risk Management

• Assist in the preparation / review of related documents for credit application / submission

• Suport senor RM to prepare deal economics, deal justification and account planning

• Prepare internal memos and coordinate with internal stakeholders for management approval

Administrative & Operational Support

• Coordinate with back office and product teams to ensure seamless execution of transaction

• Maintain accurate and up- to- date records in GCRM system and other internal systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics , or business administration

• Minimum 4 years' experience in banking, financial services

• Technical knowledge – basic understanding of corporate banking products (accounts opening, LC, SBLC, swift payments)

• Analytical mindset – comfortable reading financial statements and using excel and ppt

• Soft skills – problem solving skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills, ability work with other team members
