Role Overview 

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Videographer to lead our video production efforts. This role is responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand vision and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a strong sense of aesthetics, who can manage video projects from pre-production to final delivery with minimal supervision.  

Key Responsibilities 

Creative & Pre-Production 

  • Collaborate with brand, content, and marketing team to brainstorm and storyboard video ideas in line with the content strategy.
  • Interpret briefs and scripts into compelling visual narratives.
  • Scout and manage locations, talent, and permits. 
  • Plan shoots, create shot lists, and oversee production logistics.

Production 

  • Operate professional video equipment (cameras, lighting, audio gear).
  • Direct on-set crew, talent, and clients with clarity and professionalism.
  • Ensure quality footage, optimal lighting, and sound capture in diverse environments (indoor studio, outdoor shoots, live events

Post-Production 

  • Edit videos using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). 
  • Handle colour grading, audio mixing, motion graphics, and final rendering. 
  • Optimise content for multiple platforms: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others. 
  • Maintain consistent visual and brand identity across all content.

Project Management 

  • Manage production timelines and ensure on-time delivery of video assets. 
  • Maintain an organized archive of footage and project files. 
  • Work within budget and suggest cost-effective production solutions.

Mentorship & Collaboration 

  • Guide and mentor junior videographers or freelancers when needed. 
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, editors, and marketing teams for integrated campaigns.
