Finance Operation Specialist (Deposit and Withdrawal)
Responsibilities
- Manage and process all client deposits and withdrawals on the platform promptly and accurately.
- Ensure transactions are executed in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Identify, suggest, and assist in the development and implementation in the deposit and withdrawal processes to enhance efficiency and client experience.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues related to deposits and withdrawals/enhancement.
- Provide support for other finance-related duties or special projects as assigned by Management.
- Provide valuable solutions to stakeholders and teammates when problems arise
