We are seeking a Product Manager to bridge product capabilities and client implementations. This role is an individual contributor role that focuses on converting bespoke client solutions into standardized, reusable templates that strengthen the core product and accelerate future deployments. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Clients to scale solutions with both technical rigor and commercial awareness. This role offers a flexible hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities
Client Implementation & Standardization
- Analyse client implementations to identify repeatable patterns and best practices.
- Convert custom solutions into standardized, configurable templates.
- Build reusable components and frameworks to support multiple clients consistently.
Product Development
- Translate standardized solutions into scalable product templates.
- Partner with Product to define template specifications and configuration boundaries.
- Feed client insights into roadmap priorities and product improvements.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Produce clear developer guides for standard implementations and templates.
- Write structured business requirement specifications (BRS) for key use cases.
- Maintain concise documentation covering integrations, configurations, and customization.
Go-to-Market Support
- Create demo assets that showcase core use cases and product value.
- Support pre-sales with technical demos and proof-of-concepts.
- Contribute technical input to sales, marketing, and client-facing materials.
- Strong proficiency in front-end development: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience building scalable, reusable UI components and templates
- Understanding of modern front-end frameworks and development practices
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Product-oriented mindset with ability to think beyond individual implementations
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Understanding of how to balance customization needs with product scalability
- Ability to identify opportunities for standardization and reusability
- Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams
- Comfortable presenting demos and technical solutions to clients
- 4-5 years of experience in product engineering, implementation engineering, or similar roles
- Prior experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B software companies preferred
- Track record of building reusable solutions or component libraries
- Experience supporting pre-sales or customer-facing activities is a plus
