We are seeking a talented individual to join the Legal, Compliance & Public Affairs (LCPA) team at Guy Carpenter, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
You will support the department across Asia Pacific with corporate transactions, litigation, regulatory and company secretarial matters, manage deadlines and regulatory filings, and act as a key liaison for our internal teams and with external counsel. The role also involves active engagement with compliance and governance processes.
We will count on you to:
- Support corporate transactions and manage litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution workflows.
- Manage compliance and regulatory deadlines, filings, and prepare associated reports and responses.
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries and briefings.
- File and organise document repositories.
- Participate in document and file reviews and monitoring exercises.
- Manage onboarding, KYC and sanctions screening processes.
- Assist with corporate secretarial tasks such as maintaining minute books, statutory registers, and preparing board and shareholder meeting materials.
What you need to have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting legal teams (in-house or in a law firm).
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail in managing documents, registers, and deadlines.
- Ability to conduct legal research independent and prepare accurate and concise summaries and reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Experience with corporate secretarial processes and statutory filings.
- Experience with document management systems and e-filing portals.
- Experience supporting litigation, regulatory investigations, subpoenas, or e-discovery.
- Ability to collect, analyse and present data (dashboards, pivot tables, visual summaries), and prepare professional reports and presentation decks.
- Paralegal certification, diploma, or a law degree (or equivalent).
- Comfortable using and supporting adoption of AI tools for document review, drafting, and research.
