Job Responsibilities

Content Development

  • Design and develop engaging training materials including workbooks, video scripts, eLearning modules, and facilitator guides.

  • Ensure content is department-specific, relevant, and aligned with brand standards and guest experience goals.

Collaboration and Customization

  • Partner with the training team and department leaders to tailor learning materials to operational needs.

  • Format and enhance PowerPoint presentations and other visual aids for classroom and digital delivery.

Copywriting Support

  • Provide clear, consistent, and brand-aligned copywriting for all training content.

  • Maintain a professional tone and voice across all learning materials.

Promotion of Service Excellence

  • Contribute creative ideas and content that reinforce a culture of service excellence.

  • Support initiatives that inspire staff to exceed guest expectations.

Leveraging Insights for Targeted Training

  • Collaborate with the CX Team/GE Insights Specialist to analyze performance data and guest feedback.

  • Design targeted soft skills training programs that address specific performance gaps and enhance guest satisfaction.

  • Lead by example and support a positive health and safety culture supporting MBS’s safety policies.

  • Meet all attendance and punctuality guidelines required of the position and adhere to regulatory, Departmental and Company policies.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in instructional design, training development, or guest experience roles.

Competencies

  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.

  • Experience in hospitality or gaming environments is a plus.
