Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Minimum O-Level qualification

Experience

  • Some experience in hospitality or tourism is an advantage; training will be provided

Other Prerequisites

  • A friendly, confident personality with a passion for people

  • Outstanding communication skills with a forte for making guests feel welcome.

  • Fluent in English; and an additional language is a bonus to help us connect with guests worldwide.

  • Energy and enthusiasm given that this guest facing role includes extended periods of standing and moving around the premises.

  • Shifts include weekends and public holidays, so flexibility & adaptability is key.

  • Availability of 3–4 days per week for at least 3 months
