Product Manager - Growth

Responsibilities - Own user growth strategy for the AI Agent product across the full funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, engagement). - Design and run product-led growth experiments, including A/B tests on onboarding, features, messaging, and pricing. - Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Content to ship growth experiments fast. - Use data and insights to continuously improve user experience and growth outcomes. - Package complex AI capabilities into intuitive, high-perceived-value user experiences. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Growth-focused roles. - Strong data intuition with hands-on experience running experiments and analyzing funnels. - Proven ability to turn user behavior insights into concrete product improvements. - High bar for UX, interaction, and visual design quality. - Strong interest in lowering the learning curve and adoption barrier of AI products.
