This role presents an opportunity to play a critical part in supporting our tied agency distribution channels and financial advisory firm. You will contribute to our mission by ensuring Training & Competency (T&C) operational processes are robust, compliant, and aligned with evolving regulatory and business needs. Through this role, you will gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration, regulatory-driven initiatives, and system enhancements while helping deliver a seamless point-of-sale experience for our agents and advisors.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Implement and update sales advisory frameworks to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including MAS and LIA guidelines, as well as internal policies.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for enquiries related to sales support and sales advisory process flows.

  • Partner with IT and key stakeholders to drive system enhancements, including defining enhancement scope, preparing user stories, developing test plans, and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Review, implement, and maintain business rule guidelines related to T&C operations on a regular basis.

  • Provide operational support for business-as-usual (BAU) activities and assigned projects related to future ways of working.

  • Ensure clear, accurate, and timely communication with agents regarding the status and progress of their requests.

  • Perform quality checks and audit sampling to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; manage audit and regulatory enquiries within scope.

  • Prepare, review, and present management reports, summaries, and presentation materials.

  • Organize and conduct training sessions, briefings, and workshops for the sales force.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in the life insurance industry, preferably within advisor operations or sales support.

  • Experience supporting T&C frameworks or regulatory-driven operational processes.

  • Exposure to MAS or LIA regulatory requirements within the financial services industry.

  • Strong working knowledge of life insurance products, FAA investment products, and sales advisory processes.

  • Hands-on involvement in system implementation or enhancement initiatives, including UAT.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint; Power BI experience is preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.

  • Proven stakeholder management and communication skills. ​
