Full Description
Position Responsibilities:
Enterprise Risk Management
Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the ERM framework
Facilitate risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning across business units
Prepare risk reports and dashboards for senior management and regulatory submissions
Monitor key risk indicators and escalate emerging risks promptly
Drive risk awareness program and reinforce risk-aware culture in the company through coordinating risk workshops and training sessions
Incident Management
Ensure timely escalation and clear communication of critical incidents to stakeholders
Conduct root cause analysis and agree with the relevant function/s on the corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Oversee and monitor the timely implementation and closure of corrective actions, including validating the effectiveness of the actions taken
Prepare the quarterly Incident Report for Risk Committees and perform regular trend analysis for management review
Governance & Compliance
Ensure adherence to internal risk policies and regulatory requirements
Support internal audits and regulatory inspections related to risk and incident management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise risk management, operational risk management, or incident management
Strong understanding of ERM principles, risk frameworks, and relevant regulatory requirements
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strategic and critical thinking with attention to detail
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Strong organizational and project management capabilities
Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic environment
