Full Description
Position Responsibilities:
- Build simple automated Excel tools and ensure data consistency across linked files
- Keep fund offering documents on the public website updated and compliant
- Support preparation of fund performance reports and peer comparisons
- Assist with ILP document drafting, internal reviews, and fund event logistics
- Coach financial representatives on using the iFUNDs Unit Trust platform and help resolve user issues
- iFund key metrics reporting
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Able to commit from May - Aug 2026
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of financial products, preferably with some knowledge of Unit Trusts
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as Power Query, Power Pivot and VBA for automation
- Familiarity with other data analysis tools or programming languages (e.g., Python) is advantageous
