Full Description
The pantry specialist is responsible for all aspects of office pantry, cafe & utility stocking-up, inventory management and keeping the areas pleasant at all times for our users.
- Reports to the Food Service Manager and assist in all aspects of daily operations
- Daily stock up of the cafe, pantry and utility areas
- Deliver quality stocking-up of snacks & drinks at the various areas
- Stock areas so sufficient choices are always available for the users
- Provide proactive support and feedback to the team (e.g. sharing info on snacks that goes fast / popular items etc)
- Stock take and consolidate inventory list to Sales Team
- On delivery days: to be present to receive goods from the driver (you will be the point of contact for the receivable of goods)
- Oversee stock-take and sorting process during receivable
- Ensure all pantry is sorted and stored in a safe and sanitary manner in the cupboards and storage rooms
- Maintain a clean, well-ordered storage room
- Maintain presentable and have good hygiene practice
Qualifications
- Certificate/diploma in businesss admin
- Physcial able body
- Good communication
