To provide consistent administrative services and manage various types of sales activities supporting Sales Team’s objectives and plans.
As a Sales Support Intern, you will be part of the Corporate Division, supporting our Key Account Managers (KAMs) in their mission to manage and grow relationships with major clients across Asia.
As a Sales Support Intern, you will be part of the Corporate Division, supporting our Key Account Managers (KAMs) in their mission to manage and grow relationships with major clients across Asia.
- To prepare internal sales & margin standard reports required on daily, weekly or monthly basis accurately and in timely manner to support sales team
- Liaise and work closely with sales managers, CDA, sales support on data cleaning, and data enrichment exercise
- To work closely with SG customer Marketing team and Sales team in consolidating and sharing market insights as and when required
- Campaign Support: Assist in communicating key promotions, product launches, or platform updates to users when required.
- To highlight to Sales Manager any business challenge identified in data system on regular basis (eg. duplicte account assignment, single account, selling price below cost)
- To support on project assigned by Sales Manager depending on Business priorities (eg. Quote & Tender process review, Market research study)
- To support sales manager on new joiner onboarding coordination
- Customer Outreach: Proactively contact end-users from large client accounts, focusing first on inactive or low-activity sites, to understand their purchasing behavior, needs, or challenges.
- Insight Collection: Gather and summarize feedback from these users to help KAMs identify improvement opportunities and develop strategic discussions with procurement stakeholders.
- Account Structuring: Help the KAMs improve visibility and structure across accounts by updating contact databases and enriching client profiles.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Engineering or related field preferred
- SAP user , high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Effective communicator. Fluent in oral and written English.
