Job Title Project Manager Fab Automation Japanese Speaking Experience Required We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate Fab automation projects within the semiconductor sector The ideal candidate will act as the key point of contact on the ground ensuring seamless execution of project deliverables in a fastpaced fab environment Strong Japanese language skills are essential for effective communication with local stakeholders and crossfunctional teams Key Responsibilities Oversee endtoend project management for fab automation initiatives from planning to implementation Coordinate with Japanese and international teams to ensure project milestones are met on schedule Facilitate realtime problemsolving and decisionmaking on the fab floor Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and stakeholders Drive compliance with industry standards and best practices in fab automation Required Skills Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering Technology or related discipline 15 years of project management experience preferably in semiconductor or fab environments Handson knowledge of fab automation systems and processes is a strong plus Excellent command of Japanese both spoken and written is mandatory Demonstrated ability to work onsite and manage projects with direct ontheground engagement Strong leadership communication and organisational skills Experience working with Japanese clients or in Japan Project Management Certification PMP Prince2 etc preferrred Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and automation technologies
